Thank you for visiting Andrea's Kitchen. I am Andrea and when I was looking to start a business to support my volunteer work, I decided to make products that I could eat. Products free from gluten, dairy, grain, soy and refined sugar. That was in 2015. Now, in 2021, things have changed for me. I suffered a concussion in May 2018 and had to stop all volunteer work and the farmers market I was attending. While I am now physically able to do more, I have decided not to go back to the farmers market for the time being. My volunteer focus has changed and I am about to start making personalized cookies, donating $1.00 from each cookie to Hagar NZ, for their work in helping survivors of slavery, human trafficking and abuse to heal and thrive, not just survive. I LOVE baking, and while I will still be making my 'free from' allergy friendly products, I am looking forward to doing more 'regular' baking again.
